Amy Ouyang is a skilled software engineer with a strong background in technology and research. Currently employed at Google since July 2022, Amy contributes to Google Search. Prior experience includes a position at Amazon from July 2021 to July 2022, focusing on Amazon Advertising, as well as an internship from June 2020 to August 2020, where Amy implemented a prepaid customer return policy experiment benefiting 9 million customers across 81 countries. Amy's earlier internship at BlackBerry involved designing an API for messaging delivery services. Additionally, Amy conducted research at The University of Texas at Austin, utilizing modeling software to study protein interactions related to liver cancer diagnosis and treatment. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts Honors in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and is recognized within the Dean's Scholars Honors Program.
