Oliver Dameron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business partnerships, technical sales, project management, and sustainability. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Partnerships at 3Degrees Group, Inc., Oliver leads a team focusing on corporate decarbonization services. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Services at WeWork, where significant contract value was achieved, and Senior Project Executive at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing a large-scale interior project program. Oliver co-founded Mission Cheese LLC and was instrumental in the startup of OneSun Solar.
