Jenny Chaney has extensive work experience in human resources, training, and leadership roles. Jenny recently worked at 3Degrees Group, Inc. as an Associate Director of People Operations. Prior to that, they held positions at AAA Oregon/Idaho, where they were a Senior Manager in various departments, including Automotive Resources, Call Center Training & Recruiting, Membership & Development, Human Resources Development, Sales and Development, and Dispatch & Customer Service Supervision. Throughout their career, Jenny has demonstrated expertise in coordinating and conducting training programs, collaborating with different departments, and managing teams to improve operational efficiency.

Jenny Chaney holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History, Religion, and Fine Arts from Syracuse University. In 2011, they received a Human Resources Management Certificate from Portland State University. Jenny obtained this certificate from Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE).
