Matthew Dixon has held various roles in engineering and management throughout their career. Matthew started at Ford Motor Company in 1993, where they worked as a Noise & Vibration Development Engineer, then transitioned to Powertrain Systems Engineer, and eventually became a Powertrain Quality Manager. Matthew then moved to Xerox in 2004, where they held roles as Image Quality & Hardware Systems Engineer, Print Head Reliability Engineering Manager, Print Head Engineering Project Manager, and Director of Printhead R&D. Most recently, they joined 3D Systems Corporation in 2016 as a Program Manager, later becoming Director of Engineering Test and Product Regulatory Compliance, and ultimately Director Of Hardware Engineering in 2020.
Matthew Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State with a focus on Mathematics and Statistics.
