Andrew Kirkaldy started their work experience in 2013 as a Senior Manager at 3d Lacrosse, LLC. Andrew built relationships and fostered a love for the game while developing and preparing players. In 2017, they became the Associate Director of Admissions and Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach at Trinity-Pawling School. No end dates were provided for either role.

Andrew Kirkaldy attended Gordon College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Andrew'sprimary field of study was Military History, and they also pursued a minor in Sports Psychology.
