Robert Cohn has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 as an Intern at Physical Optics Corporation. In 2007, they worked as an Information Systems Intern at Amgen. From 2008 to 2013, Robert Cohn was a Software Engineer in Test Intern at Microsoft, followed by two consecutive years as a Software Engineer Intern at Google. From 2020 onward, they have been the Chief Technology Officer at 3co, and is currently also a Data Scientist at e-Cortex.

Robert Cohn attended the University of Michigan from 2009 to 2016 where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended UC Santa Barbara from 2005 to 2009 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
