Daniel Lancaster, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Recruiter at 3CDC, a position held since May 2021, alongside roles as a Human Resources Recruiter and Memorial Hall Site Supervisor. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a Software QA Engineer at LingoCard and significant contributions at the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago, where Daniel progressed from Program Facilitator to Senior Coordinator of Guest Experiences from August 2014 to May 2021. Earlier roles include Program Facilitator at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science and Activity Coordinator at Bridge Education Group. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theater from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Certificate in Spanish from Universidad de Granada.
