Travis Nicol has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Travis began their career as the Men's Outreach Coordinator at Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2010, where they stayed until 2012. Travis then joined MassLive.com in 2013 as an Office Administrator and Digital Sales Coordinator, a position they held until 2016. During their time at MassLive.com, they also served as a Social Media Specialist from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Travis transitioned to 3BL Media as a Media Consultant, a role they held until 2019. Travis then progressed to become an Accounts Supervisor at the same company from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Travis holds the position of VP of Client Subscriptions and Strategy at 3BL Media since January 2022.

Travis Nicol received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Travis attended the college from 2008 to 2012.
