Vijayalakshmi Iyer currently serves as Director of Engineering - AI at GEP Worldwide since December 2023 and is also a Thought Leader and Mentor at 3AI since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Data Science and AI at UST, General Manager and AI Principal at Accenture AI, and Principal Consultant positions at Wipro Limited and WIPRO. Additional past roles encompass senior management at WNS Global Services, architectural positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions and 24/7 Customer, and academic experience as an Associate Professor at Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology. Vijayalakshmi Iyer holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Bharathiar University and has completed Executive Education programs at the Indian School of Business in AI strategies and digital leadership.
