Spence Garcia has a diverse work experience in graphic design and branding. They started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at A&G Graphics in 2014. They then worked as a Graphic Designer at World Changers Church International from 2015 to 2018. After that, they established their own business called Spence Creative, where they worked as a Graphic Designer & Illustrator from 2018 to 2019. They later joined World Changers Church International again in 2020 as a Marketing Content Creator. Following this, they worked at 365 Degree Total Marketing as a Graphic Designer in 2019. Their most recent role is at Nourish & Sow, where they are currently working as a Branding & Product Designer since 2021.

Spence Garcia attended Sanford-Brown College-Orlando from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design.
