Raymundo Dela Cruz has a diverse work experience in various customer service and support roles. Raymundo started their career in 2009 as a Technical Customer Service Representative for Comcast at STARTEK, where they handled troubleshooting and resolved technical issues related to cable TV, internet, and home phone connections. In 2011, they joined Convergys as a Customer Care Specialist for AT&T Mobility. Raymundo then worked at [24]7 as a Customer Advisor for T-Mobile UK in 2012, followed by a role at Concentrix as a Customer Service representative from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as an Account Resolution and Collections Specialist for Mortgage Account at Tata Consultancy Services. Most recently, since 2017, they have been working at 360training, initially as an IT Support Representative, providing assistance to instructors and learners, and later transitioning to the role of a Regulatory Research Specialist.
Raymundo Dela Cruz attended Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Makati from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Architectural Design. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they studied at Rizal Technological University, specializing in Civil Engineering Technology.
