Michael Cotton has been working in the IT field since 2007. Michael began their career at Nemsys as a System Administrator. In 2012, they moved to CEO Teams - ERP Software Services, also as a Systems Administrator. In 2013, they joined SuperiorSolutions as a Systems Administrator. Since 2017, they have been working at 360 Smart Networks as a Project Engineer.

Michael Cotton attended Alma High School from 1988 to 1990. Michael then went on to Owens Community College, where they earned an Associate degree in Computer Electronics between 2005 and 2007. Finally, they completed their Bachelors in Information Technology at The University of Toledo from 2007 to 2012.
