Pragati S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and finance. As the Co-Founder of Ikaiva Homes since September 2014, Pragati has established a boutique home decor startup focused on empowering underprivileged women and expanding across various Indian cities. In addition to entrepreneurial efforts, Pragati has held multiple roles at 360 ONE since January 2022, currently serving as a Manager where responsibilities include reviewing and optimizing client portfolios based on market dynamics. Previous roles at the firm include Assistant Manager and Associate, supporting large family offices and ultra-high net individuals with research-backed investment strategies. Pragati’s educational background includes a CFA charter, completion of all levels from the Global Association of Risk Professionals in Risk Management, and a B.Sc. in Economics from Shri Shikshayatan College.
