George Karpouzas is an experienced acoustic consultant and audio engineer with over two decades in the field. Currently working at Acousone since January 2010, Karpouzas specializes in environmental and building acoustics, focusing on sound insulation, environmental acoustics, room acoustics, and vibration control. Concurrently, Karpouzas has been an audio engineer at LiquidPro since July 2009, where responsibilities include architectural acoustics, mechanical vibration control, and electroacoustics systems design. As a lecturer in acoustics at IEK Delta 360 since October 2005, Karpouzas contributes to vocational training by delivering modules related to the field. Prior experience includes a role as an audio engineer at Eurosound SA from June 2002 to 2009, involved in significant projects such as the design of PA systems for Thessaloniki International Airport and the Athens Olympics. Karpouzas holds multiple degrees in acoustics and business administration from institutions including the University of Derby and Trinity College Dublin.
