Hayley Booth is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across various sectors. As a Founding Member of 32 Cents since February 2023, Hayley contributes to a community focused on empowering women in alternative asset investment. Currently serving as Managing Director at Booth Ventures Ltd, a role held since September 2019, Hayley has previously held positions including Financial Controller at On Deck and ProCOO at AbstractOps, assisting early-stage startups. Prior professional roles include Financial Analyst at Amazon, Project Accountant at Lendlease for a significant property development, and Senior Analyst in External Audit at Deloitte New Zealand.
