Joe Sepka is a seasoned professional in data analytics with extensive experience in the beverage industry. As Co-Founder of 3 Tier Beverages since July 2020, Joe specializes in data analytics for Beer, Wine, and Spirits suppliers. Prior to this, Joe served as Data Analytics Manager at Revolution Brewing Chicago from June 2018 to July 2020, focusing on annual business planning, sales reporting, volume forecasting, and market trend research. Joe's career at PepsiCo spanned nearly eight years, during which roles included Sales Strategy Senior Analyst and Innovation Finance Analyst, with responsibilities such as share forecasting and product launch volume forecasting. Joe also worked as A&M Budget Coordinator and Contract Pricing Associate within PepsiCo. Earlier experience includes a position as a PepsiCo SAP Implementation consultant at LaSalle Network and as a Restructuring Associate at AEG Partners. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
