Henrik Koch is an experienced HR and development professional with a comprehensive background in training and management across various companies. Since December 2008, Henrik has been serving as HR Manager at 3 Danmark, providing essential support and development for HR Business Partners and consultants. Prior to this role, Henrik was the Training & Development Manager at 3 Danmark and Development Manager at Aditro, focusing on training activities and employee retention strategies. Henrik's career began at BG Bank as a Bank Manager, and includes roles at Telia as Training Manager and Sales Manager, and positions at Orange and Mercuri International as a Development Consultant.
