Natalie Reinardy serves as the Vice President of People Ops & Analytics at 2U since November 2022, leading initiatives in HR Shared Services, People Analytics, HR Tech/Digital Strategy, and Global Workforce Management. Previously, from October 2011 to December 2022, Natalie held various leadership positions at Mayo Clinic, including Chair of HR Future & Digital Experience and Division Chair of HR Services, where responsibilities encompassed Employee Experience, HR Communication, and comprehensive HR Services management. Additionally, experience includes roles at The Mosaic Company, Timberland Partners, CF Industries, and Towers Perrin, showcasing a strong background in HR policy development, compensation management, and HR business partnership. Natalie earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College.
