Kayla Branch-Russo is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Senior Brand Marketing Strategist at 2U since June 2016. In this role, Kayla has been instrumental as both an internal and external marketing stakeholder for university partners, leading the development of strategic annual marketing plans and executing brand priorities across various teams. Kayla successfully launched 11 new educational programs, overseeing asset creation and partner relationships. Previous positions include Brand Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator at 2U, as well as roles at SemaConnect, Rent The Runway, and Digital Blue Dog Signage Solutions, where Kayla demonstrated expertise in email marketing, social media management, and public relations. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and Strategic Communications from Elon University.
