Adam Drudge is an experienced Chief People Officer currently working at 2U. Prior to this, Adam held various HR leadership positions at Capital One, Carrier Enterprise LLC, Carrier Corporation, Ingersoll Rand, and Milliken & Company. Adam holds a MA in Global Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and BA degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and German Cultural Studies from Davidson College.
