Yasmin Hund is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and investor relations. Currently serving at 2TM as part of the M&A and Corporate Development team since May 2021, responsibilities include overseeing M&A activities, corporate venture capital, and general corporate development. Prior experience as an M&A Analyst at Fortezza Partners involved financial modeling, industry analysis, due diligence, and client support in M&A transactions, complemented by an internship role that focused on similar analytical tasks. An asset management internship at Credit Suisse Brasil provided additional financial expertise, while early experience as a junior consultant at CJE - Consultoria Júnior de Economia FGV laid the groundwork for a strong foundation in business and finance.
