Maeva Fincker is a Senior Data Scientist at 2seventy bio, leading Data Engineering efforts since November 2021. Prior to this role, Maeva contributed as Data Scientist II at bluebird bio from July 2020 to November 2021 and gained experience as a Data Scientist I at Insight Data Science, where a notable project included designing the 'Sweet Tweet' web application for blood glucose monitoring. Maeva's academic background includes a PhD in Microbiology from Stanford University, where research focused on microbial genomics and flow cytometry data analysis, as well as a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Sciences from Stanford University and an Engineer's degree from CentraleSupélec.
