Rhonda Ozanian, Ph.D., serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 2nd Wallet since January 2021. Previously, Ozanian held the role of Managing Director at the Finance Market Research and Development Lab from July 2012 to December 2020. Ozanian's experience also includes positions as a Peer Reviewer at RAND and as a Technical Standards Panel Member at UL Standards & Engagement. Ozanian's journey includes fellowships at The Brookings Institution and the United States Senate, and earlier, a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, culminating as a Lieutenant Colonel. Ozanian holds a Ph.D. in Research, Economics, and Policy from Columbia University and is recognized as an NACD Board Governance Fellow.
