Philip Shea

Customer Service Lead at 2nd Swing Golf

Philip Shea started their work experience in 2009 as a Loader at UPS. In 2010, they left UPS and went on to work at Qumu as an IT Helpdesk from August 2015 to October 2015. In 2011, they joined 2nd Swing Golf as a Warehouse Associate, and later took on roles as a Sales Associate and Customer Service Lead. Philip started working at Ally Financial Inc. in May 2016 as part of their Customer Service team.

Philip Shea has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Network Systems Administration from ITT Technical Institute-Brooklyn Center. Philip attended the institute from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Dunwoody College of Technology from 2009 to 2011, but no degree or field of study information is available.
