Martín Leal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, development, and customer strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as the Leader of Innovation and Development at 2811 since October 2020, Martín previously held multiple roles at Banco Santander Chile, including Analyst of Customer Intelligence and Strategy from September 2018 to October 2020. Prior positions also include administrative roles at Elige Educar and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as assistant roles in marketing and public policy. Martín's educational background includes a degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and certificates in Startups Financing, Valuation, and Venture Capital from ESMT Berlin and Università Bocconi in 2018.
