Nicolas RATINEAU has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Nicolas is currently the Infrastructure Engineering Director at 2600Hz, where they are responsible for consolidating cloud native technologies and implementing a DevOps mindset. Nicolas plays a key role in the company-wide enterprise security strategy and collaborates closely with multiple engineering teams.

Prior to their current role, Nicolas was the Director of System Engineering at Ingrooves Music Group. Nicolas implemented consolidation through virtualization and designed a new on-premises disaster recovery plan, reducing RTO from 10 days to less than 48 hours.

Nicolas also worked as a Microsoft SUPINFO Certified Trainer/Teacher Aides at SUPINFO, where they led discussions, graded student exercises, and trained technicians for a third-party IT service company.

Additionally, Nicolas has experience as a Lifeguard at Vert Marines and as a Project Manager and Network Administrator at Saint Gatien High School. Nicolas also completed an internship as a Cable Fitter at Saft Power Systems.
