Stephanie Steels has a diverse background in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at 24+ customer care center since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Generalist at Manuchar from November 2018 to July 2022, where the focus was on HR operations in a leading chemical distribution company. Previous positions also include HR Consultant at Atlas Copco and HR Officer at Tabaknatie NV, where responsibilities encompassed staffing, performance management, development, payroll, and compensation. Early career experiences include roles as a Jobstudent HR Assistant at Tabaknatie NV and a Trainee at Vopak. Stephanie holds an Advanced Master in Human Resources from the Universiteit Antwerpen Management School and a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Antwerp.
