Claudio Osorio is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in factory design and management. Currently serving as the Factory Design Manager at 24M Technologies since April 2022, Claudio previously held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble from June 2008 to June 2021. Notably, Claudio was the Engineering Director for the shutdown of the shampoo and conditioners plant, where responsibilities included managing environmental liabilities and government interactions. Claudio also led the construction and supply chain design for a new greenfield shampoo and conditioner plant, supervising a team of 505. Additional roles included managing the engineering team for the Oral Care toothpaste plant and serving as a technical leader for the liquid detergent platform. Claudio holds a Chemical Engineering degree and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, complemented by a background in IT programming.
