Zuzana Sýkorová has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and IT. Zuzana is currently working as an HR Manager CZ at 24i, where they started in September 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Generalist at 24i from March 2020 to September 2020. Before joining 24i, they worked at Honeywell as an HR Generalist from May 2017 to August 2019. Zuzana also has experience in academia, having served as a Lecturer at Masaryk University from February 2012 to December 2018, and as a Research Fellow at Masaryk University from January 2011 to December 2012. Additionally, they worked as an HR Generalist at STUDENT AGENCY from May 2016 to April 2017, as an HR Junior at IMI Precision Engineering from May 2014 to February 2016, and as an IT Specialist at IBM from August 2009 to August 2010.

Zuzana Sýkorová completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Social Psychology from the Masaryk University Brno from 2009 to 2016. Prior to that, they also obtained a Magistr (Mgr.) degree in Psychology from the same university from 2003 to 2009. Additionally, they spent a year at Aarhus University from 2006 to 2007, where they studied psychology.
