Douglas Moraes has worked in the tech industry since 2015. Douglas began their career as an Estagiário and Junior Tester at Senior Solution, where they created and maintained scripts in Javascript for automated tests using the TestComplete tool, executed and analyzed automated tests, and analyzed requirements for creating automated test scenarios. In 2017, they moved to IBM, where they held the role of Mobile Developer and Estagiário. In 2018, they joined ReelMetrics as a Front-End Developer, where they developed applications using React and translated HAML and coffeescript into React. Currently, they are a Frontend Developer at 24i.

Douglas Moraes has a degree in Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from Instituto Infnet, with a field of study in Programação de Computadores - Geral, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Douglas also holds several certifications, such as STAR® Coach from Notion - STAR®, Watson Conversation Service Hands-On from IBM, Watson Conversation Service Methodology from IBM, Build Chatbots with Watson Conversation from Acclaim Badging, IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from Acclaim Badging, and Watson Conversation Service Foundations from Acclaim Badging, which they obtained between 2017 and 2022.
