Destiny B. has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Destiny started their career as a Human Resources Intern for FactSet Philippines, Inc. in 2014 while pursuing their Bachelor's Degree. Destiny then worked as an HR Specialist at 24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc. in 2016. Destiny also served as a Career Architect/IT Recruiter at Asia Select, Inc. (ASI) from 2017 to 2018. Destiny later joined TalentView as a Human Resources Intern for their Master's Degree in 2020. Currently, Destiny works as a Human Resource Specialist III, specifically as the Lead Onboarding Specialist at 24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc. since March 2021.

Destiny B. attended the University of Santo Tomas from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Behavioral Science. In 2018, they returned to the same university and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Psychology.
