Adrian Gerard C. Agoncillo has extensive work experience in the customer service and call center industry. Adrian Gerard C. started their career as a Customer Care Associate at NCO Group in 2003 and later became a Team Manager for their MSN Customer Service Program. In this role, they led a team of 12-15 agents, provided coaching and motivation, and ensured excellent customer service and performance metrics were met. Adrian Gerard C. then joined [24]7.ai as a Team Leader in 2007, where they managed the performance of call center representatives and was responsible for coaching, feedback, and daily performance monitoring. Adrian then worked as a Senior Team Manager at PSG Global Solutions from 2012-2016 before joining 24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc. In their most recent role as the Head of Service Delivery, they oversee service delivery and was previously an Operations Support Manager.
