Jos Snell has a diverse work experience starting in 2016. They began as a Print Services Associate at Office Depot in May 2016 and held the same position at OfficeMax from June to October 2017. In February 2018, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Bloomsbury Publishing Plc. Following this, they interned as a Digital Design Intern at Fox Broadcasting Company from June to August 2018. Most recently, Jos has been employed by 24G, starting as a Graphic Designer from May 2019 to November 2020. They then transitioned to a UX/UI Designer role from November 2020 to October 2022. Currently, Jos holds the position of UX/UI Lead at 24G, starting in September 2022.

Jos Snell attended Eastern Michigan University from 2015 to 2018 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
