Padhu Bhonsle is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global customer experience development and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Global CX Development and Regional Vice President for LATAM at [24]7.ai since August 2020. Prior to this role, Padhu held various leadership positions at [24]7, including AVP and Center Head, where strategic direction for a 1000-seater contact center was established, along with operational oversight and client relationship management. A notable achievement includes being selected by the COO to lead operations in Guatemala, ensuring exceptional service delivery for key clients while also driving new business growth. Additionally, Padhu served as Director and Member of the Board for the Call Center and BPO Commission at AGEXPORT, contributing to the enhancement of the industry in Guatemala. Padhu holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Christ University, along with a certificate in Global Oil and Gas Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
