Sophie Lake is a Senior Director of Business Development and Team Lead for the Beauty division at 24 Seven Talent, having advanced through various roles in the company since July 2016, including Director of Business Development and Senior Business Development Manager. Prior to this, Sophie held a merchandising role at Victoria's Secret Pink for a short period in early 2016 and gained international experience while studying at Universidad de Málaga in 2015. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Texas Christian University and completed educational experiences with IES Abroad and Highland Park High School.
