Walter Mitchell is a seasoned engineer specializing in the racing industry, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at 23XI Racing since May 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Project Engineer at MSI Defense Solutions from April 2021 to December 2024, Engineering Integration Manager at STEWART-HAAS RACING, LLC from October 2016 to April 2021, and Lead Chassis Engineer at both Richard Childress Racing (July 2009 - October 2016) and Triad Racing Technologies (January 2006 - January 2010). Additionally, Walter held the position of Head Chassis Engineer at Robert Yates Racing from January 2003 to December 2005.
