Tom Mann's work experience starts with their role at The Think Tank as a Conceptual Designer from an unknown start date until 2005. In this role, they gained expertise in Quark, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver, and demonstrated their attention to detail and creative design skills.
Following this, Tom joined The Think Tank as an Art Director/Creative in 2005, where they collaborated with the Creative Director to develop concepts for a variety of marketing materials across print and digital media until 2008.
In 2008, Tom worked as a Freelance Art Director/Creative for a brief period of June to October. Later the same year, they joined OgilvyOne as an Art Director/Creative, where they worked until 2011.
