Alice Muir has extensive work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Alice started their career at iris worldwide in 2006, where they held various positions, ultimately becoming a Senior Account Executive - Group Account Director. In 2012, they joined Terra Breads as the Marketing Lead. The following year, they moved to Mercer Creative as a Group Account Director. In 2014, they joined 23red, initially working as a Group Account Director and later transitioning to the role of Business Director.

Alice Muir attended the University of Birmingham from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a field of study in Business/Commerce, General. In 2015 and 2016, Alice Muir attended the Coaches Training Institute, where they obtained a certification as a Certified Professional CoActive Coach.
