Nawar Nory currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Smart Kx, a company dedicated to streamlining fee calculations for registered investment advisers. Nawar has an extensive background in technology and entrepreneurship, including roles as an Entrepreneur In Residence at 500 Startups and founding membership on the technical committee of 22X Fund, which leverages blockchain to enhance access to capital. Previous positions include Chief Technology Officer at Onramp Invest and co-founder of Next Play, Inc., where innovative mentoring solutions were developed. Nawar's experience spans advising startups like Clout Jam and Singular Capital, and co-founding Taza App, which focused on connecting women in the MENA region. With a Master of Science in Computer Science from Kansas State University, Nawar was also part of the founding technical team at WIND Mobile, contributing to their mission of disrupting the telecommunications market.
