Michelle Liu has been instrumental in executing business development strategies for the IOS department and facilitating international projects, including preparing application materials for a key license auction. Prior roles in the same company include International BD Manager for a Hong Kong project and Executive Assistant to the CEO, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills. Prior to 21Vianet, Michelle Liu worked as a Marketing Manager at 21ViaNet (China), Inc., and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Tixa Tech Group. Michelle Liu holds a bachelor's degree in British and American Literature from Beijing Institute of Machinery and attended China University of Political Science and Law from 2009 to 2012.
