Gena Q. has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager and Senior Product Manager at 21Vianet Group, Inc. since October 2013, with previous roles as a Marketing Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, Gena Q. was employed at DCITS as an Energy Industry Account Manager, focusing on business development, and at Telestone, responsible for overseas business operations. Gena Q. began the professional career as a Management Officer at GEA Happel Airconditioning. Gena Q. holds a Master’s degree in International Management from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in English from Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
