Ximena Knittel, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at 21air since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previously, Ximena held senior and managerial roles at AAR from April 2018 to July 2022, LILLY + Associates International from March 2014 to April 2018, McRoberts Protective Agency from October 2007 to March 2014, and National Brands Ltd from July 2006 to October 2007. Ximena's responsibilities have included ensuring compliance with regulatory laws such as FMLA, EEOC, and ADA, as well as maintaining HR-related policies and employee handbooks. Ximena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from William Paterson University of New Jersey between 1997 and 2000.
