Mandy Chiu, CFA has extensive experience in the financial industry. Mandy is currently the Head of Financial Product Development at 21.co. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Product Officer at Tabula Investment Management, where they were responsible for product development for ETFs and active funds, as well as engagement with UN PRI, IIGCC, and Climate Actions 100+.

Before joining Tabula Investment Management, Mandy held the position of Managing Director and Head of EMEA & APAC ETF Product at State Street Global Advisors. Mandy also worked as the Director of Product Strategy at ETF Securities by WisdomTree, where they researched, structured, and built innovative exchange traded products and managed relationships with strategic partners.

Mandy's earlier experience includes roles at HSBC as an Associate Director of ETF Product Structuring & Research, and at ETF Securities by WisdomTree as a Capital Markets and Product Analyst. Mandy began their career as a Financial Advisor and Stockbroker at Yuanta Securities, executing daily trades of equity securities, ETFs, futures, and options.

Mandy Chiu, CFA completed a General Management Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School in 2006. Mandy also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from National Taipei University. In terms of additional certifications, Mandy Chiu has a Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA Society United Kingdom (2021), completed Business Sustainability Management training at Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (2019), and received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from CFA Institute in 2014. Additionally, they have recently completed a course on Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application from MIT Sloan School of Management (2022).
