Kajsa Kihlberg serves as a sustainability consultant at 2050 since October 2021, previously interning at Deedster from September 2020 to January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a temporary childcare worker at Malmö stad from November 2014 to September 2020 and working as a student assistant at Malmö universitet from September 2016 to July 2019, where development of the EcoAct workshop aimed at enhancing employee roles in sustainability efforts took place. Kajsa Kihlberg holds a Master's degree in Applied Climate Strategy from Lund University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Malmö University (2016-2019), as well as a degree in Social Science from Polhemskolan (2011-2014).
