Filip Celander is an experienced professional with a strong background in consultancy and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at 2050 since November 2018, Filip previously co-founded and led Agrilogik AB as CEO from June 2013 to November 2018, where the startup achieved significant milestones, including multiple awards and a turnover of 4-5 MSEK within four years. Filip also held a key role as Project Leader during this period, managing various consultant projects. Additionally, Filip's experience includes leadership as a Commander on the Combat Ship 90H with Försvarsmakten in 2008, which sharpened skills in leadership and team dynamics. Academically, Filip holds degrees in Environmental Engineering from Linköping University and has furthered education in related fields at other institutions.
