Kristoffer Drew has over 25 years of experience in the US Navy, starting in 1995. Their roles have included Strike Fighter Wing Atlantic Assistant Maintenance Officer, Production Manager/ Human Resource Officer/VFA-106, Quality Assurance Specialist/IM1/Airspeed Officer/ IM3 Avionics Division Officer, Production & Human Resource Manager/ VFA-87 / HSC-22, Lead Test Flight Engineer / VX-20, E6B Flight Engineer / VQ-3, and S3B Egress Technician. In 2020, they began working at AERMOR as a Test and Evaluation Analyst. In 2022, they began working at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Logistics Analyst.

Kristoffer Drew obtained a Bachelor's degree in Professional Aeronautics with minors in Aviation Safety and Business from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 2003 and 2007. Kristoffer then obtained a Level 1 Certification from Defense Acquisition University in Production, Quality and Manufacturing, Engineering and Life Cycle Logistics. In 2016, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. In June 2020, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.
