Mahua B has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mahua currently holds the position of Principal - Strategy at 1to1help.net and also serves as Associate Vice President - Strategy and Transformation at the same company. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief of Staff, Technology – India at Getir and Chief of Staff, Technology at Blok.

Mahua B has also worked in the non-profit sector, specifically at Indus Action, where they served as a Sr. Fundraising Associate. Mahua was responsible for project management and fundraising activities, securing partnerships and donations from various organizations.

Early in their career, Mahua B gained experience as a Graduate Consultant at the Center for Public Research and Leadership and as an Intern at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). Mahua has also worked as a Research Consultant at Metaform Design; MOD Institute, contributing to the successful implementation of projects and exhibitions related to urban renewal and raising awareness about migrant workers in India.

Mahua B started their professional journey as a Copy Intern at Ogilvy and later worked as a Research Assistant at Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology, where they conducted primary research and managed projects leading to the publication of "Citizens and Revolutionaries: An Oral History of IIM-Calcutta."

Overall, Mahua B has gained extensive experience in strategy, project management, fundraising, and research throughout their career.

Mahua B completed their Master's in Public Administration - Development Practice from Columbia | SIPA between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Arts (B.A.) with a major in History from Reed College, from 2007 to 2011. Mahua completed their high school education at Mallya Aditi International School between 2004 and 2006.
