Darrell Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Darrell currently works as a VP Community & Business Banking Officer at 1st Security Bank of Washington, where they handle complex business lending and treasury management needs. Darrell also assists in developing written proposals in response to RFPs. Prior to that, in 2015, Darrell worked as an Author for the Springer Nature Group, publishing a book on astronomical observing. Furthermore, they have teaching experience as a Piano Instructor at Piano By Darrell, where they taught private students and conducted classes in after-school programs. Before that, Darrell worked at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as a PFS Banker, VP, providing financial advice to high net worth clients in Houston and New York City. Darrell also served as an Underwriter during their time at the bank. Darrell'scareer began at Mellon Mortgage Co, where they worked as a Production Liaison in secondary marketing and provided support to loan officers while creating training materials for mortgage reps.

Darrell Jenkins has a diverse education history. In 2003, they completed the Cannon Financial Wealth Management Training program. From 2003 to 2004, they attended the University of St. Thomas (TX) and pursued Financial Planning at the Cameron School of Business. More recently, in 2020 and 2021, they enrolled in the American Bankers Association, where they obtained a Certificate in Business and Commercial Lending.
