Karly Herring is an experienced professional with a strong background in internal communications, employee engagement, and social media. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement and the Director of Social Media at 1st Franklin Financial Corporation since March 2017, Karly has effectively contributed to organizational communication strategies. Previously, Karly was the Owner and Founder of Feral Outfitters, a women's boutique, from January 2013 to March 2017. Karly began a career in finance as an HR Assistant at 1st Franklin Financial in early 2009. Karly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Piedmont University, completed in 2014.
