Nichanan Kesonpat is an experienced professional with a focus on research and development in the blockchain and web3 space. Currently, Nichanan serves as a Researcher at 1kx, concentrating on web3 developer tooling, wallet infrastructure, and the creator economy. Previous roles include Head of Platform at 1kx, where Nichanan contributed to research on DAO tooling and ecosystem building through various events, and Smart Contract Engineer positions at Mochi! and Upstate Interactive, specializing in smart contract design for gaming and DeFi applications. Nichanan co-founded Last of Ours, a social impact project utilizing blockchain for wildlife conservation, and was recognized as a Devcon V Scholar by the Ethereum Foundation. With a background in talent acquisition and operations at notable companies such as Instacart and ThoughtWorks, Nichanan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular & Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
